Pneumatically Actuated Disc Rollers and Shafts
As profiles become more and more complex many customers are moving to our air operated PA Disc Roller Shafts which provide automatic profile depth adjustment at 1/4″ width intervals. These systems can handle up to a 1” variance in surface height and automatically adjust to profile changes.
Our newest design (image left) features a radiused operating surface to maintain a high level of surface integrity by eliminating corners and the need for a disc sleeve. These new discs are a direct replacement for existing VMI or BPS PA Discs and can be ordered with a new shaft for retro-fitment to machines that do not currently use air actuated rollers.
